Final Report to Governor & General Assembly due Sept. 1, 2008.

The Task Force to Implement Holocaust, Genocide, Human Rights and Tolerance Education was organized in September 2005 (Chapter 483, Acts of 2005). The Task Force is to advise the University System of Maryland on the establishment of a pilot program creating a Center for Excellence on the Study of the Holocaust, Genocide, Human Rights, and Tolerance.

The Task Force submitted an interim report to the Governor and General Assembly on December 18, 2007. Authorization for the Task Force ends September 30, 2008.
